Overview

BOTAE is a Mogital Analytics product that helps people prepare applications using the information and documents they choose to provide. This policy explains the information BOTAE handles, why it is used, and the choices available to users.

Information BOTAE collects

Depending on how you use BOTAE, information may include:

• Account information used to identify and provide access to your workspace.
• Applicant-provided information, including education, employment, skills, achievements, goals and answers to clarification questions.
• Uploaded CVs, résumés, statements and other private application documents.
• Opportunity information, such as job or program descriptions, organizations, requirements, source titles and source URLs. This may include publicly available information as well as information you enter.
• Saved analyses, generated application materials and related application records.
• Basic technical and usage information needed to operate, secure and improve the service, such as request, device or error information.

How information is used

BOTAE processes information to provide and maintain accounts, store application work, understand opportunities, analyze applicant evidence, generate materials requested by users, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems and improve service reliability.

AI-assisted processing

When you explicitly request an AI operation, relevant applicant information, private documents and opportunity information may be processed by AI service providers to perform the requested analysis or generation. BOTAE does not treat AI output as automatically accurate; users should review generated content before relying on or submitting it.

Private applicant information and public opportunity information

Your account information, uploaded documents, applicant profile, analyses and generated materials are private workspace information. Opportunity descriptions and source links may originate from public websites, but saving public opportunity information does not make your private applicant information public.

Document handling and your responsibility

BOTAE stores uploaded applicant documents for use in your account and application workflow. Only upload information you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and appropriateness of the information you provide.

Service providers

BOTAE may rely on third-party infrastructure, authentication, storage, security, AI and other technology providers to operate the service. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to BOTAE.

Retention and deletion

Information may be retained while your account or application remains active and as reasonably needed to operate, secure or comply with obligations relating to the service. BOTAE does not promise a fixed retention period unless one is specifically stated in the service. Deleting an application through the provided confirmation process permanently removes that application and its associated private documents, saved analysis and generated package from the application workspace. Some limited records may need to remain where required for security, legal or operational reasons.

Security

BOTAE uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their account access and notify BOTAE if they suspect unauthorized use.

Payments

When you choose a paid application package, BOTAE may collect transaction references, payment status, contact details and optional proof needed to confirm access. Online payment providers process payment details under their own privacy terms; BOTAE does not store card credentials, Mobile Money PINs or one-time passwords.

Your choices and rights

You may review and update ordinary application information, delete applications through the available controls, choose whether to request AI operations, and contact BOTAE about access, correction or deletion questions. Available rights may vary by location and applicable law.
