By accessing or using BOTAE, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
About BOTAE
BOTAE is a Mogital Analytics product that helps users organize opportunity information, analyze how their documented experience relates to an opportunity, and prepare application materials. BOTAE provides software assistance; it is not an employer, admissions office, scholarship provider or application decision-maker.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access and for activity performed through your account. Information submitted through your account should be accurate, lawful and authorized for your use.
User-provided information
You retain responsibility for CVs, résumés, opportunity information, answers and other content you provide. You grant BOTAE and its service providers permission to process that content only as needed to operate the service and provide the functions you request.
AI-assisted application preparation
BOTAE uses AI-assisted tools for certain analysis and document-generation operations initiated by users. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular opportunity. It is not guaranteed to be error-free.
Accuracy, factuality and review
You must review, correct and approve every generated analysis or application material before using or submitting it. You may not use BOTAE to fabricate qualifications, education, employment, skills, experience, achievements, references or any other material fact.
No guaranteed outcome
BOTAE does not guarantee an interview, job, admission, scholarship, fellowship, funding award, acceptance or any other application result. Decisions are made by third parties and depend on factors outside BOTAE's control.
Intellectual property
BOTAE's software, interface, branding and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you may use materials generated for you for your own lawful application purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring that your use does not infringe another person's rights.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse BOTAE, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, violate law or third-party rights, impersonate another person, automate abusive requests, or use the service to deceive an application decision-maker.
Service availability and changes
BOTAE may change, suspend or discontinue features and may experience interruptions. The service is provided on an “as available” basis, and continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. These terms may also be updated as the service develops; the current version will be posted here.
Payments and refunds
Available application packages show their price, included services, payment method and activation conditions before purchase. Any refund or cancellation terms applicable to a paid offering will be presented with that offering. BOTAE does not make a general promise that a particular payment or refund arrangement applies unless it is displayed for the package.
Deletion
You may delete applications through the available confirmation workflow. Application deletion is intended to be permanent. Account-level deletion or related requests may be directed to BOTAE support, subject to any information that must reasonably be retained for legal, security or operational purposes.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BOTAE and those involved in operating it are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service or generated materials. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
